Boxing in my opinion is simply the greatest sport on earth and in 2004, ESPN ranked boxing as the most difficult sport in the world!

Boxing Training is also one of the best fitness training exercises and The Science of Padwork – boxing workshops and programs break down every move and step to provide easy to follow and learn instructions for Personal Trainers and their clients with one of the most exciting ways to train.

During my time as a Personal Trainer, I have noticed how popular “pad work” has become! Every gym you walk into, you´ll see P.T´s working with their clients “on the pads”.

Over the years I became increasingly disappointed at the lack of quality instruction out there. Clients were not being properly challenged, they were getting injured or simply doing it wrong with little or no correction from their trainers. So I set out, to do the sport I love, some justice. I developed The Science of Padwork – boxing workshops and programs that provide Personal Trainers with the skills necessary to give their clients an authentic boxing experience and the best work out possible that included fun, safety, real boxing skills and optimal calorie burning.

My name is David Bridgman and I’m the founder of “Fighting Fit For Life”.

  • 28 years experience in the fight industry
  • Qualified Personal Trainer
  • Experienced Boxing and Fitness Coach
  • Registered Professional Boxer

Boxing is a sport where 2 people come together in a square ring to do battle and see who is the best. The Science of Padwork – boxing workshops and programs are designed to bring the best out of both the Personal Trainer and their clients.

It doesn’t matter how you look, whether you have money, what colour or gender you are or what postcode you grew up in. Boxing does not discriminate and neither should you.
